A Message from the CEO...

The new year always cries out for a new label. I’m big on choosing words to define my journey, (this year for me is “perspective”), and Iowa Specialty Hospitals & Clinics is no different. We have an ocean theme. It lends itself well to parties/events and celebrations - Caribbean, Hawaiian, shark tank, “ocean of possibilities”, and our tagline for the year is “A rising tide lifts all boats”. President Kennedy is credited with popularizing this term (means basically when one does well, all do well).

Process Change for Appointments

We want to update you on a recent change in the process for our clinic sites. Effective January 1st, 2024, we ask that all patients arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. The goal of this change is to ensure you have the full appointment time with your provider. If you have not arrived to check in at our clinic within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will kindly be asked to reschedule your appointment. We understand circumstances may arise, so we ask that you call our clinic ahead of time if you expect to be late. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
