A Journey of Strength, Connection, & Community Support: Sara's Story
The story begins when a SPARK Parent Partner met Sara and her daughter, Brooke. From the very first visit, Sara and Brooke were warm, welcoming, and eager to collaborate. As the months went on, the Parent Partner and Sara built a strong, trusting relationship. They frequently discussed challenges and solutions, and Sara consistently applied the suggested learning strategies at home. Celebrating 175 Years of the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine
For 175 years, our founders—theSisters of Charity of St. Augustine(CSA)—have lived a powerful calling: To bring healing, hope and compassionate care to all, especially those most in need.
What began in 1851 with the Sisters’ arrival in Cleveland, Ohio, has grown into a legacy that continues today through the Sisters of Charity Health Systemand its many ministries in Cleveland, Canton and South Carolina. We are honored to be a ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System and to be able to carry forward this story of faith in action.
Through the support of individuals like you, we are proud to offer programming, resources, trainings, and referrals in the following counties: Portage, Mahoning, Medina, Stark, Summit, and Trumbull.
