Thank You for Helping Us "Drive" Change!
| | |
Thank you for making our inaugural golf outing a success! Because of your generosity, enthusiasm, and support, together we raised more than $70,000 to benefit the Early Childhood Resource Center and the children, families, and educators we serve. Our event was built around support for ECRC's mission of strengthening families, supporting educators, and helping young children build strong foundations for success.
From friendly competition on the course to poker hands, raffles, longest drives, silent auction bidding, snacks at the turn, and plenty of laughs along the way, we hope you had as much fun as we did. It was wonderful to see our community come together for a day focused on making a difference for local children and families and "driving" impact.

It's Dolly Parton Day! Celebrate by donating $9.25 (or more) to Support ECRC's Mission.
We invite you to join us in celebrating Dolly's legacy and commitment to supporting early literacy however you see fit. If you'd like to honor her memory by making a donation of $9.25 (or more) to the Early Childhood Resource Center to support services including our SPARK kindergarten readiness program, which is proven to strengthen early literacy and provides free books to participating preschoolers, you can do so at www.ecresourcecenter.org/donate..
| | Today (9/25), also known as "9 to 5 Day" commemorates the incredible impact of Dolly's compassion, including the fact that more than 1 million Ohio children have participated in Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio, receiving a free, high-quality, age-appropriate book in the mail each month since the program was established in Ohio in 2019. | |
A Small Investment, A Life-Changing Moment: Angel's Story
| | | |
When Angel was facing one of the most difficult chapters of her life, she never stopped working to keep her family together.
A mother of three young children, Angel had recently lost stable housing and found herself sharing a single bedroom while trying to maintain a sense of normalcy for her daughters. Each day required a carefully coordinated routine. She drove one of her children’s fathers to work, dropped two daughters off at child care, arranged care for her third child, worked her part-time job, and then gathered everyone back together at the end of the day.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding her family's living situation, Angel remained focused on finding permanent housing and creating stability for her children. Then she made the decision to contact the Early Childhood Resource Center, and everything changed for the better.

Supporting local organizations has long been an important part of 415 Group’s commitment to the community. Throughout the year, the firm provides financial support to a wide variety of nonprofits and community initiatives throughout the area.
Our Charitable Committee builds on that commitment by creating opportunities for our team to become more personally involved. Committee members select organizations they are passionate about supporting and coordinate opportunities for team members across the firm to volunteer their time. 415 Group pairs that hands-on involvement with a financial contribution, allowing our team to give back together while learning more about the organizations and the work they do in our community.
Since its formation, the Charitable Committee has combined financial support with volunteer involvement at several local organizations, including ArtsinStark, Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank, Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health, United Way of Greater Stark County and the Stark County Hunger Task Force.
These partnerships are just one part of 415 Group’s broader commitment to the community. Through the Charitable Committee, we’re building on the firm’s long history of giving back while providing more opportunities for our team to get involved.
