We hope 2024 has been treating you well so far. We've been busy enhancing the community experience for our young adults, and looking forward to collaborating with you this year. As you may know, January is National Mentoring Month & YourPassion1st’s mission is founded upon the principles of mentorship.
We believe that every child deserves a mentor and a shot at finding, defining, and following their passion into the workforce or entrepreneurship.

YourPassion1st is a (501(c)3 that empowers under-resourced young adults to find, define, and follow their passion into the workforce or entrepreneurship, becoming the world's future innovators.
We look to transform communities by inspiring young adults to leverage their passion through mentorship, while connecting them to opportunities that include but are not limited: collaborative events, festivals, excursions, innovative workshops, community engagement efforts, and project-based learning experiences.

Volunteers Needed!
Do you want to make a difference? Want to support an organization that is shaping the future of young adult’s lives? Join our international team of amazing young adults, mentors, and volunteers, as we embark on a journey to support our young adults as they find, define, and follow their passions in the workforce or entrepreneurship.
Add some joy and purpose to your life in 2024. We are seeking volunteers and Board Members in these areas:
- Mentors (4-5 hrs per week) (Art, Music, Entertainment, Sports, Culinary)
- Fundraising
- People & Culture & Recruiting
- Community Outreach Coordinator
- PR Specialist

The Undivided Bridge
We are very excited to have 7 new young adults that will be starting, and they are on a mission to impact their community. The Undivided Bridge is about bridging the gap between 2 close yet divided communities of Austin & Oak Park, while also shedding light on some of the challenges that youth in divided "communities" go through.
A community is not just the people in your geographic location, it's the people that you decide to make a part of your journey through this thing called LIFE.
