Stephanie Weissenburger

Stephanie Weissenburger, a Foundation Fellow from the University of South Carolina, has moved ahead on her career path earning her JD from the New York Law School and is looking forward to practicing Sports Law.

Over the past three years I have had the opportunity to gain experience at an advertising and representation agency, a personal injury law firm, a real estate and sports law firm and an internationally known trial law firm. While in school, I was a member of the Mediation Clinic and served as the Vice President of the Sports Law Society. Combining my legal knowledge and love for sports, I regularly appear on the sports law podcast Conduct Detrimental and am active across various social media channels -- You can find me on Instagram @Steph_ExplainsItAll and Twitter @StephWeissenburger_. After taking the New York Bar exam in July, I am extremely excited to continue my legal career at the internationally known trial law firm Geragos & Geragos, where I will have the privilege of working with the best of the best, including renowned criminal defense attorney Mark Geragos.

I’m thankful for having met and worked with The Perfect Game Foundation on all aspects of my career path. It’s an experience I won’t forget and I’m looking forward to ‘Paying It Forward’ while helping others find the path to their chosen career

Olivia Hindy

Olivia Hindy is a rising Senior at Williams College majoring in Economics and Leadership Studies. She is also a student athlete as a 4 year starter on the Volleyball team.

"This summer I have the amazing opportunity to be a part of two internships. The first internship is with the United States Attorney’s Office District of New Jersey in Newark, NJ. I am able to go into the office and work in person twice a week which is great. My main task is assisting the attorneys on a variety of projects related to their civil and criminal cases. My second internship is with DMA United which is an advertising and representation agency that provides branding and business development services. My work for DMA United will be completed remotely. I want to take a brief moment to thank The Perfect Game Foundation, especially Del Wilber, for helping me land my role at DMA United. He has been such a great mentor throughout this entire process, and I am so grateful for these opportunities. Words cannot express how thankful and excited I am to continue to learn and grow through these internships."
George McMahon

George McMahon is a graduating Senior at Indiana University in Sport Marketing and Management. Among other things he is pretty passionate about hockey and played Club Hockey while at IU.

"I am proud to announce that after graduating with my B.S. in Sports Marketing & Management from Indiana University, I have accepted a position as a Sales Associate with the Florida Panthers. Given my lifelong passion for sports and hockey specifically, I am excited to take on this challenge, and learn in this new role with a professional hockey team. Most importantly, I want to thank everyone who's helped me get to this point, especially Del Wilber from The Perfect Game Foundation. Using the resources of the foundation, I was able to learn more about the sports-entertainment industry, network with professionals who currently work in the field, and gain opportunities for introductions and interviews that I otherwise would not have had. The Perfect Game Foundation was instrumental in helping me take the first step after college, which will inevitably help me progress in my career moving forward. Therefore, thank you to all who were able to provide the help, advice, and direction I needed to land this new role, as I am greatly appreciative for all of the time and effort they provided to help a young student like myself. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to find what drives interest in an unconventional hockey market, and I am grateful for all of the people who helped me take this next step."

New Book Coming Soon!
Bob is in the last stages of writing his second book, about two very different athletes who form a bond after they meet. It’s in the “historical fiction” category. Should be out before Christmas. He’s been writing since he was a teenager, and spent 20 years as a PR rep and columnist in professional drag racing. His first book was “Bats, Ball, & Burnouts” and it’s his life story. It’s very good and a lot of it is a tribute to our family. It can be purchased on Amazon and the reader reviews are impressive.
