Erica Paolicelli, Co-Owner , Three Brothers Wineries & Estates

Erica went to school for Dietetics. When she returned home after graduating she was looking for a summer job and interviewed at (what was then) Nagy's Newland Vineyard. She admits it looked abandoned and she honestly put her car in reverse, fully planning on skipping the interview and then heard someone yell, "hey, are you here for the interview?" (It was Dave Mansfield).
Erica, along with her partners Dave and Luanne Mansfield opened the wineries in 2007.
As an active member of the business community, with a passion for business management, Erica brings lessons of failures and successes to the show.

A quintessentially New York institution, the Rainbow Room has welcomed guests for over eight decades in an opulent, glamorous and iconic destination.In addition to wine, there will also be a spread of New York cheeses and charcuterie with artisan breads and sweet butter.

- Winery of the Year & Best White Wine -Wagner Vineyards, 2017 Dry Riesling, Estate Grown paired with lightly smoked crisp skin arctic char, with cauliflower puree, and hazelnuts.
- Best Chardonnay- Lieb Cellars, 2018 Chardonnay paired with salt roasted celery root, rosemary pear puree and toasted farro mushroom jus.
- Best Rosé Wine -Coffee Pot Cellars, 2018 Rosé paired with beet gnocchi, brown butter, goat cheese creme and poppy seeds.
- Best Cabernet Sauvignon -The Lenz Winery, 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon paired with tender braised veal, green wheat roasted carrot.
- Best Merlot -Clovis Point Vineyard, 2015 Vintners Select Merlot paired with roasted saddle of Colorado lamb, goat cheese polenta rabe.
