Hong Kong/China Webinar May 24

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC),which is an official government agency of Hong Kong has coordinated with RGP to present a free webinar “Export Opportunities for China and Asia via Hong Kong” on Tuesday May 24 at 10:00.

This will be the third time in several years that HKTDC has organized an event for the Toledo region/NW Ohio market. Hong Kong is often seen as an efficient and desirable location to base sales reps, agents and subsidiaries of US companies due to its legal, banking and other systems which are more “Western” than those found on mainland China.

Winchell Cheung of HKTDC (Chicago office) presented a seminar in Toledo right before Covid hit in 2020 so it is a pleasure to welcome him (virtually) again to the region. I am also very pleased that Jessica Xie of Hylant will be presenting as well on their business in Asia.

Registration can be made via email to Ms. Bridget Lee of HKTDC (Chicago office) at: bridget.lee@hktdc.org

See: www.hktdc.com for more information on the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
