Project Recap: Home2 Suites in Fishers, IN
Holladay Construction Group's Indianapolis team has completed the Home2 Suites by Hilton Fishers Indianapolis Northeast. Holladay Construction Group served as the General Contractor for the $8.8 million 58,000 square foot hotel construction project, working closely with the owners - Holladay Properties and Dora Hospitality LLC, on the 91-room, all-suite hotel located at 9701 North by Northwest Boulevard.

New Hires
Holladay Construction Group is pleased to welcome Jeff Wirth to the South Bend, IN office as a Superintendent. Jeff joined the team in December and immediately began working on the building addition and clubhouse renovation project at Maple Lane Apartments in Elkhart, IN.

Coming Soon...
Notre Dame Federal Credit Union
Holladay Construction Group's Portage, IN office has earned the general contracting contract for a 3,696 SF interior build out at The Illiana in Whiting, IN for Notre Dame Federal Credit Union. This location will be the credit union's first branch in the Whiting market and will feature a spacious lobby and teller station, private and open offices for additional credit union services, and public and private areas for guests and employees. Construction began on March 1 and is expected to wrap up in June 2021.

Placon
Holladay Construction Group's South Bend team is completing a 44,000 SF medical device packaging facility plant expansion for Placon in Elkhart, IN. The pre-engineered metal building addition features 10,000 square feet of office/administration space, and a 34,000 square foot clean room facility for warehouse/production. We are also completing a new parking area as part of the project. The project is expected to be completed at the end of August 2021.

Encore at Perry Crossing
Holladay Construction Group's Indianapolis office is building a new, senior living multi-family housing community at in Plainfield, IN for Samaritan Companies - Encore at Perry Crossing. The project involves construction of a 132-unit, four-story, wood-framed facility comprised of a variety of one- and two-bedroom units. The project also features surface level parking, individual garage spaces in stand-alone buildings, and amenities including a community room, fitness center, leasing office, lounges, a second floor salon and storage units.

NorthShore Health Expansion
In January 2021, Holladay Construction Group's Portage office completed a fast-tracked expansion project for NorthShore Health at 6091 Broadway in Merrillville, IN. The expansion project included adding 3,054 SF of exam rooms and a pharmacy to the existing NorthShore Health medical facility. The healthcare provider expanded from 8,321 SF to 11,375 SF. This was the third renovation and expansion project that Holladay Construction Group completed for NorthShore Health at this location.

WoodSpring Suites
The LaGrange office is building a 48,660 SF WoodSpring Suites by Choice Hotels extended-stay hotel in Elgin, IL for Holladay Properties. The project began in August 2020 and construction will wrap up in May 2021. The Elgin location is one of two WoodSpring Suites hotels that is currently under construction. The four-story, 122-room project will feature a variety of rooms with double-queen or king-sized beds. Each suite includes a kitchen and living space, as well as a bedroom area. The hotel is expected to open in June 2021.

Wounded Warrior Project
Holladay Construction Group is continuing our support of Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) through sponsorship as a Corporate Champion. Since 2020, Holladay Construction Group has been supporting WWP in their efforts to deliver life-changing programs to over 100,000 wounded warriors, their families, and caregivers. Through support like ours, warriors are able to connect with each other, overcome mental health challenges, lead active and healthy lives, and find rewarding civilian careers. These projects and services are provided at no cost to the warriors and their loved ones.
