InteleTravel Takes Training Agents to the Next Level | |

It is no secret that InteleTravel’s training platform is one of the best in the business. The amount of time and money spent on training new and experienced agents is vastly unchallenged in the industry.
Well, InteleTravel is now taking the game to the next level and this time, it is going to be a major focus on sales.
InteleTravel's newest addition to the team, Bethany Grant, Director of Sales and Agent Success will lead this sales-boosting initiative. With 20 years experience in sales, including travel, Bethany along with Jessica Sitomer, VP of Training, will bring sales training to another level. At Pinnacle, the company’s top agent event, Bethany rolled out the newest training series, called Xcelerator! There will be 4 Xcelerator events a year, with focus on training agents to increase their mindset, increase their sales, and increase their income. Jessica and Bethany will be teaching business planning strategies plus personal growth and development to help the agents take their sales to another level.
Along with training, there will be recognition at different tiers to reward the agents for their accomplishments. Bethany has rolled out a new tiering system to massively reward the agents every year for their achieved success. She is quoted in saying, “People work for a living but they die for recognition”, believing the more InteleTravel shows their appreciation, the more the agents will want to increase their sales.
InteleTravel is committed to helping their agents win which in turn helps our partners win. And this new education initiative is here to prove it!

Pinnacle Event Delivers Top Sellers to Preferred Partners
This past September, InteleTravel had the honor of spending intimate time with over 100 of our Top Selling Advisors, Ambassadors and 25 Preferred Partner sponsors in Santa Fe, New Mexico for our annual Pinnacle Event.
Nestled in the spectacular mountainside and beautiful botanical gardens, our senior executive team spent 4 days with our Preferred Partners, Top Advisors and certified Ambassadors networking, dining and learning some instrumental ‘level up’ strategy and sales skills.
Our journey began with exceptional training from InteleTravel and our Sponsors, given from stage and the trade show. Agents were complimentary on how they learned new selling techniques and were leaving filled with ideas and a plan.

At the heart of our event was an opportunity to immerse ourselves in the vibrant local culture. Picture yourself sipping on refreshing prickly pear margaritas, surrounded by the serene beauty of the desert landscape of the Botanical Gardens. It was an authentic Santa Fe experience like no other. Our agents and suppliers had the privilege of strolling through the gardens, where they discovered the mesmerizing desert flowers and fauna. Our knowledgeable guides shared insights about the unique ecosystem that thrives in this arid region, adding a touch of educational enrichment to our day. | |
Santa Fe is a hub of artistic inspiration, and we made sure to celebrate this aspect of the city. Our event featured a captivating display of local artwork and photography, showcasing the talents of the community. It was a visual feast for all. During our group dinner at La Fonda Hotel, we were presented it’s history since the 1800s and were able to walk around and see thoughtful art through out, each piece with it’s own story.
The culinary delights were enjoyed by all during our dine-around in the infamous Santa Fe Square. Suppliers had valuable time with the agents to deepen relationships over local cuisine.
One of the highlights was the mesmerizing performance by hoop dancers from a local tribe. They not only entertained us with their graceful moves but also shared the rich history of the dance tradition, providing a deeper understanding of the local heritage.
In summary, our Pinnacle Event in Santa Fe was a perfect blend of travel sales knowledge to take agents to their next level, cultural immersion, natural beauty, artistic inspiration, and culinary delight. This unforgettable experience will serve as a source of inspiration for all who attended to strive for continued success in our industry.
