Spring is here? Spring is here!

This winter has been one for the record books! We are cautiously optimistic that we are finally experiencing Spring weather and that means one thing: Time for landscaping. The Management Team and Landscape professionals are working together to implement the best plans for the unique conditions this Spring. Please watch for updates. In the meantime, some reminders:
- Regular irrigation lines are still being inspected. We follow the City of Lehi guidelines in when to regularly schedule the watering and right now, they recommend after May 1 but to be conservative in watering.
- Because we are getting such a late start to the Spring, a lot of our vegetation is still dormant. Please be patient throughout this month as we are working with the Landscape team to examine our sod, shrubs and trees to see what survived the winter.
- The maintenance crews are now in the community weekly as of May 1.
- The scheduled herbicide and pre-emergent treatments were delayed because of wind. The Landscape team is working to come out in the next couple of weeks to get this done on a day with the correct conditions.
As always, if you have any concerns about anything that you are seeing with your yard or in the common areas, please feel free to reach out to the Management Team at info@ivoryridge.com and we will work with you and the landscape team to address the issue as quickly as possible. Is your account current? Take a minute to double check. You can register on the Homeowner online portal here: https://vmsweb.ccmcnet.com/ if you have not already. Have your HOA account number handy and if you need a password, please reach out to the management team to request one at info@ivoryridge.com.
As a reminder, if payments are not made by 10th on the month they are due (January, April, July and October), late fees may apply. Details on making payments can be found on the homeowner's website IVORY RIDGE WEBSITE.

- Within the Ivory Ridge Community streets, please be aware of no parking signs, guest parking signs, and snow removal zones. On snow days, cars should not be parked within snow removal zones.
- If you live in a benefitted assessment neighborhood or in a sub association, please be aware that the tow patrol is actively towing away any vehicles found not to be in compliance.
- Guest parking is only temporary and should not be used as long term resident overflow parking.
- Depending on the neighborhood you live in, temporary guest passes are available at the front desk of the Clubhouse.
- We should not have to mention this, but sidewalks are not to parked on at anytime of day or night ever.

State Recommended Guidelines for the 2023 Spring Thaw

The Spring thaw has just begun as we are experiencing warmer temperatures.
With the record-breaking moisture received this year and that we are still receiving, the Board of Directors, along with CCMC, has recommended sharing information from Governor Cox's office in regards to preparing for the Spring Thaw. Please see the link below and watch for continuing communication from our office to educate and be ready.

Love your Animal? Leash them!
|

Unfortunately, there are still reports of animal incidents in the community. Did you know that it is against Lehi City ordinances to have your animals off of the leash in the neighborhood? We want everyone to be safe!
If noticed in the community, residents are encouraged to first speak to each other about respectful pet guidelines. If this is not possible, Homeowners should report animals off of leashes directly to Animal Control. See link below for contact information.

You may have noticed that there has been quite a bit of construction going on at the pool. This is great news! We have been doing some scheduled repairs to the bottom of the pool, which requires all three of them to be drained. With the weather this winter, this repair was a bit delayed, but we are hoping it will be done soon and in time for opening during Memorial Day Weekend. We are right on schedule as of now, but will keep you updated as the time to open gets closer.
