We are in the final phases of getting ready to welcome Middle School students back to our Mercer Island campus; it will be nice to be “home” again. I hope you have all enjoyed your summers, and I hope your children are ready to return to FASPS soon.
Our partnership with the
Jewish Community Center (JCC) enhances our facilities and the experiences we can offer our students. This year, our Middle School students will resume use of the JCC gym, pool, and auditorium. As part of our partnership with the JCC, we have both agreed to respect each institution’s health and safety policies and procedures. The JCC has made full covid-19 vaccination mandatory by October 1, 2021, for all individuals 12 years old and older, and so, for our students to benefit from their facilities and our PE program, as well as Grade 6 lunches and recesses, we will need to check your child’s proof of vaccination if 12 years old or older. Medical exemptions will be honored with proof of medical exemption.

For Middle School Students Who Are Now 12 or Who Will Turn 12 on or Before June 14, 2022: Please let us know what your student’s vaccination status is by Wednesday, September 8, by logging in to MyFASPS (click here) and clicking on the yellow bar across the webpage that indicates you have a form or forms to review.
