RETIREMENT OF JL POA GENERAL MANAGER
Beth Kelso, who has been our General Manager since 2015, has submitted her letter of retirement effective April 1, 2019. Prior to coming to Jonathan’s Landing, she was the overall Property Manager for the Abacoa development, and, after leaving here she will retire.
During her tenure, Beth has seen numerous changes and a number of very difficult negotiations, including the implementation of Hotwire, the salt water intrusion issue, the Water Usage Agreement, the revamping of our gate entry system, and two significant lawsuits which are still in process.
Beth has brought with her an outstanding knowledge of all aspects of property management skills and we will miss her diligence and ability to find solutions.
Beth has offered to assist in orienting her replacement and will stay on, as a consultant. The existing staff, including Michael Keyes (Security Director), Jim Tippett (Operations Manager), Brenda Bartoletti (H.R. and Communications Specialist) and Nancy Peffer (Executive Assistant) will stay on board, and should be able to handle the daily routine as necessary.
We appreciate Beth’s hard work and accomplishments while here at Jonathan’s Landing and wish her well in retirement.
