You should become a member of heavenly force and a citizen of heaven who cannot sleep at night because of the burning desire to go out witnessing and can put everything aside for that mission. With this mindset, even when you are riding on the train you should be saying, "Train, you are running so smooth. Today will be the best chapter of my life, which I can put on the record as the most precious day in my life. Thank you, Heavenly Father." Even in the most difficult and trying circumstances, you should be able to proclaim, "I am a first class citizen." If you want to love God, then you must be very greedy. Cheon Pyeong pastor Regis Hanna started his sermon about his experiences witnessing at Georgetown University in the late 1960s, talking to people on the bus, when he was hitchhiking, etc. He was on fire. He witnessed to nurse aides at the hospital. His spiritual child was a committed Catholic. He and Hilly Edwards would put notes in student boxes at the (hardcore Leftist aka Communist) University of Maryland School of Social Work.

Regis reached out to a group called the Spiritual Frontiers Fellowship, founded by Arthur Ford who interviewed True Father in 1965. Regis called up Henry Hurt who was leading the Fellowship. He agreed to hear the Divine Principle lectures. Lady Doctor Kim helped to raise him. Henry Hurt was blessed with his wife.

Regis printed a one-page summary of the Principle of Creation and distributed it. 21 people were coming to hear the lectures, but none joined. They were street preaching on Saturdays in Baltimore. He was terrified, but overcame his fear. He felt so high after doing that. No one attacked or even threw eggs at him. He was trying to give life to people. People’s ancestors worked so hard to bring them!

There are people who are desperately looking for the truth and for a real relationship with God! At times when he would feel not motivated, he saw that was a measure of his weak spirit. Each of us needs to feed our spirit with the Word of God. He read 50 pages of Divine Principle out loud. Satan had to leave.

We won the lottery to be here, at the time of the Second Coming. We’re here for a purpose, to give life to someone else.

In the Spring of 1971, True Father gave a speaking tour in the U.S. A group of 3 that had read Arthur Ford’s book flew to meet Father.

True Father said that witnessing is like throwing pebbles in the bottom of the ocean, eventually it will have an effect. It’s like looking through hundreds of oysters to find a pearl.

Reiner Vincent was sent to start mission work in France. He didn’t even speak French. He was instructed to go take a subway and walk to a certain store and to meet certain people. There were many spiritual experiences like that.

Martina in Mexico brought 120 spiritual children. Here are some basic steps to take: Make a friend. Be interested in what they’re interested in. People can feel friendship. It’s the love of God you’re giving. You give different types of bait for different fish.

Father spoke about 3 opportunities in life. Meeting a good parent, a good coach/teacher or a good spiritual parent. They will come because of you.

Lisa Ellanson said she was an atheist/communist, but her spiritual parent said “come anyway!” we have answers for atheists, for agnostics, communists who seek a better world, etc.

Patriots fought to give us the right to practice our faith. Our course is much easier. In the spirit world you don’t have to worry about food, clothes, houses. Happiness is based on your physical and spiritual children. This is true wealth no one can take from you.
