Your body fat percentage is taken on our BodyMetrix ultrasound machine where you will get a 3 point body scan and will receive a full analysis report.

There will be an initial weigh-in with Body Metrix Analysis and second one on the last day of the challenge.

Anyone! Invite friends, family, co-workers - current members and new members welcome! It doesn't matter how much you need to lose or what shape you are in the results are calculated on highest percentage lost based on your current weight and BF%. 

The program will commence Monday October 22nd with your official weigh-in and BF% composition taken on that day. The completion date will be Friday December 22nd with final weigh-ins and BF% taken that day.

There will be a mid-point weight in at the 30 day mark (not mandatory, but to keep you accountable.)
