Start the New Year with a Wellness Experience with Prairie Grass Cafe
Invitation to Zoom wellness call Sunday, January 3rd & Sunday, January 10th at 6pm!

Chefs Sarah Stegner and George Bumbaris are kicking off a 2021 Wellness Initiative. We are partnering with like-minded businesses for success, Elizabeth Kennedy of Life Coaching and Tania Hughes Wellness. The two week program will have virtual Zoom experiences featuring Elizabeth, Tania and Sarah, 6 pm, January 3 and January 10.

Sarah, Elizabeth and Tania will be discussing wellness and goal setting as well as the importance of using sustainable, local foods and incorporating healthy habits into one’s life.

The program will be moderated by the Prairie Grass Cafe publicist Cindy Kurman, president of Kurman Communications and a past board member of Green City Market.

Chef Sarah is a two time Beard Award Winner, co-owner and co-chef of Prairie Grass Cafe, founding member of Green City Market and The Abundance Setting and is passionate about local, sustainable and healthy food.

Tania Hughes
A holistic practitioner, Tania brings over twenty years of knowledge to her sessions. Using a variety of healing modalities including yoga, therapeutic massage, craniosacral work, meditation and movement, Tania can identify your “whole being” construct—mentally, physically, and spiritually—to create the right path of healing.
Elizabeth Kennedy
Elizabeth Kennedy received her life coach certification from the Life Purpose Institute. She is committed to helping people to “start living your best life.” Through her practice, she works with clients to create a forward-thinking blueprint for planning the next phase of their life.

Chefs Sarah and George have developed meals focused on making your life easier while keeping you energized, healthy and feeling strong. We will be offering this week-long special menu, in addition to our regular packages, Monday through Friday, made with delicious food and with an eye on keeping us all energized and strong.
