Introducing New Graduate Certificates with UVM
We’re excited to announce enrollment is open for two new Education for Sustainability graduate certificates, which prepare PreK-12 educators to accelerate positive change in schools and communities. Offered in partnership with the University of Vermont.
Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette
Chef John Patterson created this hearty salad for enjoying some of the first harvests of the season: leafy greens, radishes, sugar snap peas. “This early into spring,” he shares, “the vegetables are so sweet and tender, they really don’t need any cooking at all.”
