Join us for any or all of the activities: games, a presentation, and lunch. Our guest speaker, Church Council Chair Jaxie Alt, will celebrate the wisdom, faith, and service of our senior adults while exploring the vital role we play in shaping the future of FUMCR. She will be followed by a brief presentation from Robert and Lisa Grinsfelder on We Read Together. Register by noon on July 10.

James Howard Sundberg is a former professional baseball player, television sports analyst, and executive. He played in Major League Baseball as a catcher from 1974 to 1989, most prominently as a member of the Texas Rangers where he established himself as one of the top defensive catchers of his era.

Speaker: Missionary Lourdes "Lulu" Ramirez-Mroczka

Sun, June 28, 9:45-10:45am, Ogden Fellowship Hall

All are invited to join the Fellowship Class as they host global missionary Lourdes "Lulu" Ramirez-Mroczka. Lulu has served in Guatemala since 2018 and has been heavily involved in Stove Builders of Guatemala, a trusted partner of FUMCR. Lulu will share about her continued ministries and missions.

All-Church Cookout

Sun, June 28, 10:45am-1pm, Coleman Family Hall

Make plans to attend Men of Faith's annual all-church cookout! Hamburgers and hot dogs will be served. Cost: $10 per person or $40 per family; pay at the door. No registration required. All proceeds benefit the student scholarships awarded by Men of Faith.

FUMCR will celebrate 140 years of ministry on August 16. You can help us honor the church's life and legacy by submitting a simple "happy birthday" video (10-15 seconds) to be compiled with others and shared with the congregation.
