HVAC technician Robert Kraft wanted a safer way to start a unit, other than standard jumper wires, to minimize the risk of damaging a compressor. After many prototypes, he designed a versatile tool that can start the unit, bypass switches, and diagnose low voltage shorts with a 3 Amp pop-out fuse, and named it- rightly so, The Jumper King™.
