It's hard to believe that 2020 is almost halfway over! While it's not the start to the summer that we normally experience, we are seeing a few things start to resume to some variation of "normal". Restaurants are slowly increasing capacity, some businesses are allowing workers to re-enter office buildings, and even Barton Springs pool is reopening (be sure to make reservations!)

As we reassess our current situation, many are realizing that business projects, plans, goals and initiatives still need to be executed, but in many cases have been postponed. Many hiring managers are taking this opportunity to get a jump-start on the hiring market and pipe-lining talent that will allow them to achieve the objectives set forth at the beginning of the calendar year.

While we don't know what to expect for the back half of 2020, we do know that we have already faced great adversity and been able to overcome.
