Welcome Mallory Silberman, LSW!
Mallory Silberman received her master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University specializing in clinical social work. Prior to joining Simply Bee, Mallory spent her clinical experience working in all levels of care treating clients with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Mallory’s goal is to create a safe and empathetic space to build a trusting relationship with her clients. She utilizes a mindfulness and strengths based approach to foster change. She individualizes treatment with each client to set manageable goals, talk through struggles, and develop strategies to cope and enhance one’s life.

Here's What Happened in May
May 4 - Mother + Daughter Workshop
On May 4th, Monica Bullock LCPC and Stephanie Bersh RYT 200, spent the afternoon at The Dailey Method in Vernon Hills, with moms and their daughters ages 9-14. The workshop focused on teaching young girls how they can grow up to be strong and confident in their bodies.

May 16 - Ladies Seminar with Audrey + Teresa
On Thursday, May 16, owner Audrey Grunst and dietitian Teresa Romano, presented at the Ladies' Night Out event at Libertyville Bank and Trust. The event focused on health and wellness for the mind and body.
May 18 - Walk to Cure Arthritis - Audrey Medical Honoree
On Saturday, May 18, Audrey had the privilege of serving as a medical honoree at this year's Walk to Cure Arthritis in Lake County, Illinois. The event took place at Old School Forest Preserve in Libertyville. Simply Bee's yoga instructor Stephanie Bersh also led the walkers in a pre-walk stretching and yoga session!
