The Kamloops Sports Council has launched YKA Now ( as a ‘one-stop shop’ for registration in Kamloops. The new registration platform will act as a simplified solution to the community’s registration conundrum from TRU Wolfpack tickets to local events such as Boogie the Bridge, soccer practices, dance classes, and art socials.

Fostering sports, art, culture, and events, YKA Now allows the community of Kamloops and beyond to discover, register, and stay up to date on all their activities on one common platform. YKA Now strives to highlight and promote a lifestyle of sport, art, culture, and events; while providing and facilitating an effortless one-stop shop for Kamloops at no cost to the host organization.

If you are part of or know of an organization, group, event, or activity that could host its registration needs on YKA Now, contact Elsa Poppleton at

We believe that no kid should be left on the sidelines and all should be given the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sports. KidSport™ provides support to children in order to remove financial barriers that prevent them from playing organized sports.
KidSport Kamloops is a local chapter of KidSport Canada. Funds raised locally are spent locally and are distributed as grants to cover registration and/or equipment fees associated with participation in a season of sport. If you are in need please contact us today!
