Mass with Fr. Jose
This morning, October 25th, we celebrated mass with Fr. Jose, who spoke to our students bout St. Ignatius of Antioch, who was mauled to death by lions and became a martyr for the church back in the year 107 A.D in Rome. “I am the wheat of the Lord,” he had declared, before facing them. “I must be ground by the teeth of these beasts to be made the pure bread of Christ.” -catholicnewsagency.com
Fr. Jose told our students that we must have faith as strong as St. Ignatius. We would like to thank the students and teachers who prepared for Mass today. You all did wonderfully! Have a great weekend, Knights! 💙💛

Johnny Appleseed Day!
This morning, Friday, October 17th, our Kindergraten students, along with their STEAMM 7th Grade Buddies, celebrated Johnny Appleseed Day with different types of apple activities! See pictures below of their day.
"Johnny Appleseed’s real name was John Chapman. He was born in Leominster, Massachusetts, in 1774. His dream was to produce so many apples that no one would ever go hungry. Although legend paints a picture of Johnny as a dreamy wanderer, planting apple seeds throughout the countryside, research reveals him to be a careful, organized businessman who, over a period of nearly fifty years, bought and sold tracts of land and developed thousands of productive apple trees." -waapple.org/johnny-appleseed/
