Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration! | | |
Celebrating Bilingual Mass
We started the day with a bilingual mass celebrated by Fr. Jose. The students did a wonderful procession in typical Latino celebration attire. We honor all of the contributions made by people of Hispanic & Latin American descent.
Once mass ended, we sang Happy Birthday to Fr. Jose! 🎂🎉🎊🎈

Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month!
Right after mass, at 10 am, we celebrated our 3rd annual Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration! We had several presentations and dances by our students. We want to give a special thanks to our guests: Huepa Culture & Arts Institute and Mariachi Los Gallos de Carlos Garcia! We would like to thank our Spanish & Music Teachers for helping the students prepare. A huge shoutout to Mrs. Gomez for putting the program together- even our Superintendent of Schools from the Diocese of Raleigh, Marcelo Eureste, Assistant Superintendent Marcia Edge Navarro, & Director of Marketing and Enrollment Anna Bragg came to see our students. We have very talented and artistic students. We are blessed to have so many parents supporting our students and for coming to see them perform! ¡Muchísimas gracias!
Have a great weekend, knights! Pura Vida!
¡Pura vida!
