Elementary Christmas Concert
Friday, Dec. 6 | 7 p.m. | Fellowship Alliance Chapel [map]
Join us this Friday, December 6, at 7 p.m. as our elementary students present King of Kings, a beautiful celebration of the Christmas story through music and worship. The concert will be held at Fellowship Alliance Chapel, Medford, NJ [map]. This special evening is sure to fill your hearts with the joy of the season as we reflect on the true meaning of Christmas. Elementary students should arrive at 6:30 p.m. and should be dressed in their Christmas best. We can't wait to see you there!
From the Head of School
Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. – Luke 2:11
There is much about the Christmas season that brings joy and excitement to children and to adults. While gifts occupy the focus of children, perhaps family gatherings are a highlight for the adults. But my prayer for this Christmas season is that we will all take time to meditate on the miracle of God becoming man, and also how God used ordinary people to accomplish His purposes. Micheal Card is still one of my favorite Christian musicians, and Joseph's Song (1987) captures what Joseph was probably thinking:
How could it be this baby in my arms
Sleeping now, so peacefully
The Son of God, the angel said
How could it be .....
Father show me where I fit into this plan of yours
How can a man be father to the Son of God
Lord for all my life I've been a simple carpenter
How can I raise a king ......
Yesterday, in my living room, a sign replaced the picture over our fireplace for this month: O Come Let Us Adore Him, Christ the Lord. Yes — let us worship the King during this Christmas season, and also marvel how God continues to use ordinary people to accomplish His purposes.

Giving Tuesday
Tomorrow, Tuesday, Dec. 3
Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday! While King's does not sponsor any special campaign, it is a good time to remember the need for the Knight's Fund. A mailing with details went out several weeks ago, and if you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to King's tomorrow (or anytime), you can do so [here].

Spring '25 Track Coaches Wanted
Do you love the Lord, track and field, and working with kids? This might be for you!
Our growing middle/high school spring track program is looking for three assistant coaches to join our head coaches for the upcoming spring season starting in the middle of March. Track/XC running experience is preferred. A sprinting coach, strength coach, and someone actively competing/running distance would fill immediate needs.
Commitments will be daily, 3–4:30 p.m., and some Saturday mornings for meets. Training starts in the middle of March and will end the first week of June.
Please reach out to Pat Harvey [pharvey@tkcs.org] if you are interested.
