Welcome Spring!

It is hard to believe we are about to enter the fourth and final quarter of the 2021-2022 school year. The final months of the school year are usually busy, but special.  It’s important to remind students to stay on top of their assignments, prepare for tests and exams, and complete necessary projects.  Some details and timelines related to events such as prom, graduation, Aspire testing, Advanced Placement tests, and end of the year events and celebrations are included in this newsletter. More details will follow in the coming weeks.

Thank you for your partnership as we wrap-up the 2021-2022 school year.

2022 Graduation Raffle for "VIP" Front Row Seats

If you are planning on attending the 2022 graduation in June at AMFAM Field and would like the chance to win front row "VIP" seats for you and your guests, now is your chance! The 2022 Senior Class Officers are holding a raffle with all proceeds going toward the senior class gift. The raffle tickets can be purchased in the office and will cost $20.00 each or 2 tickets for $30.00 (cash or check only). The raffle will begin on Tuesday, April 19th, and will run through Tuesday, May 17th. There will be two winning raffle tickets. The winners will be announced/contacted on Friday, May 20th. Please note that we may only accommodate the two raffle winners for the number of graduation tickets that were purchased/ordered on or before April 14th, which is the ticket order deadline.

2022 Graduation Information

Graduation Tickets: A ticket order form was mailed to the primary residences of all senior students in February. The ticket orders are due no later than Thursday, April 14th. Only one form may be turned in per graduate, even if they reside in two households. Graduation tickets will not be mailed. The tickets will be distributed to students via an assembly during students' advisory on Wednesday, May 18th. If students are not available to pick up their tickets on this date, the tickets will be held for them. If you have any questions please contact Ms. Stephan at [email protected] or call 414-570-3843.

Senior Class Breakfast: The senior class breakfast will be held on Thursday, June 9th from 7:30 to 8:45 am in the cafeteria. There is no charge for breakfast.

AP Testing Calendar

AP Testing is right around the corner! Now is the time to make your final preparations!

What to Bring on Test Day:

  • A government-issued or school-issued photo ID
  • Two sharpened No. 2 pencils (with erasers) for completing multiple-choice answer sheets.
  • Two pens, with black or dark blue ink only, for completing areas on the exam booklet covers and for free-response questions in most exams.
  • Up to 2 calculators with the necessary capabilities if taking an AP Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Physics, or Statistics Exam. Students should visit apstudents.org/courses and go to the calculator policy section within their course page for the specific calculator policy.

Please note, all afternoon exams begin at noon and may not be completed until after 3 p.m. Be certain to communicate with your coach or advisor that you are taking your AP exam and have transportation arranged for after the exam.

If you have two exams in one day, be sure to bring a bag lunch as you will not have time to eat during a full lunch period.

If there is a known conflict with your AP exam, be certain to communicate in advance with your AP teacher AND Mrs. Wolak ([email protected]), so a late exam can be scheduled.

Remember there is a $40 cancellation fee assessed by the College Board if you cancel your exam entirely.

Free AP Score Reports for Students

Remind students to indicate in My AP the college, university, or scholarship program they'd like to receive their free score report. The deadline to indicate or change their free score report recipient is June 20.
