A Message From Our Directors

This month, World Health Day and Healthy Anne Arundel Day are both celebrated on April 7th. This day is designated to encourage people to move, have fun, reduce stress, improve physical and mental health, and show people the benefits of an active lifestyle. Anne Arundel County Parks will have waived entrance fees, and events are scheduled throughout the week including health fairs, a county-wide food drive, and free fitness and meditation classes. Check out the Healthy Anne Arundel Coalition's website to view their event calendar.

April 7th-13th is National Public Health Week. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our local public health workers and recognize the vital

role they play in helping Anne Arundel County residents achieve wellness.

If you are in crisis and need help, our Warmline is open 24/7 at 410-768-5522.
