Membership is now a fixed 12-month term starting from the date of registration, regardless of when the unit renews. Youth and adult leader memberships are now separate from the unit renewal process.

All units are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review their official roster via My.Scouting to ensure that every active youth and adult member is current with their registration. This is essential for maintaining insurance coverage, recording advancements, and ensuring effective communication.

If your unit identifies any discrepancies in the roster, please contact your District Executive for further guidance.
