Fall, Elections and Time to Pray
Hello Linda,
Summer is gone and Fall is beginning in all of its chilly glory!
I wish I could say that things had calmed down in September. Sadly, we saw another attempt on President Trump’s life, Kamala is still cackling and avoiding the press, there was what some call a debate between the presidential candidates and on Tuesday October 1 there will be a VP debate which might be more of a debate if we are lucky, and the month closed out with a devastating hurricane in the southeast that has claimed over 100 lives and a path of very serious destruction. The hits just keep on comin’!
If you want to help our country at this pivotal time, please consider volunteering as a poll watcher in November. All eyes need to be on the process to assure that there are fewer shenanigans than in 2019. Let’s make it harder “find” boxes of uncounted ballots to be used as necessary for a candidate or initiative to win or lose (depending on who is pulling the shenanigan). Let’s be honest: cheating is bipartisan! Call your local election office to find out how to be a poll watcher in your community.
Let’s talk about another kind of “poll” and that would be the polls used to influence how people vote. Each poll conducted has its own agenda: they may be biased toward one party or the other in order to end up with the results that may bend the voting for a candidate or against a candidate.
They are all presented as equally unbiased but the fact of the matter is that they are all attempting to influence the election. Please pay no attention to them; especially don’t assume you don’t need to vote because the “polls” show the candidate you favor winning by such a margin that your vote is not needed or losing by so much that your vote would not make a difference. All votes matter – especially yours! When your vote and my vote cease to matter, we all might as well kiss the good life we can have in this country goodbye.
I close this month’s introduction with a challenge: I challenge everyone to send up a prayer every single day of October asking for God’s help in getting our country back on the right track. It is time to be humble and ask for God’s continued blessings to the United States even though we are not deserving.

Lawmakers seek to amend Constitution to allow for quick replacement of dead congressmen after 'mass casualty event'
What do they know that we don't?
| |
For those of you who might have missed it, The Washington Post is floating a disturbing scenario, and because it’s the Washington Post, the veritable paper of record for the D.C. elitist globalist ruling class, we should not dismiss it.
The Post article starts out this way:
“Imagine the unthinkable: a mass shooting of members of Congress that leaves a large swath of the country unrepresented and shifts the balance of political power in Washington. In the current political environment, such an outbreak of violence is not as unthinkable as it used to be, according to a bipartisan collection of House members. The attempted assassination of members at a congressional baseball team practice in 2017, the violent attack on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, a dramatic spike in threats against members and, most recently, a possible second assassination attempt against former president Donald Trump highlight the need for Congress to ensure it can continue to govern in the aftermath of mass violence, they said.”
What do the intelligence operatives who control the Washington Post, a key member of the mockingbird media going back decades, know that they are trying to tell us?

The truth is … we don't know. But I know this: Many young men like me stayed alive in Vietnam by being situationally aware. That means being aware of what is happening around you at all times and places. What is happening around us as we head into the 2024 election in just over thirty days?
For starters, we've witnessed two attempts on the life of a former President and current front-runner in the upcoming election. Those two attempts were failures of the supposedly finest protection detail in the world. Then we have a sitting President, running for reelection, removed against his wishes and replaced by a person no one voted for. Interesting situation.
My entire life, I've always looked to England as the closest ally of the US, including Australia and Canada with them. Australia completely shut down dissent over the great plandemic, and Trudeau in Canada did the same and jailed truckers whom the courts have since ruled were within their rights—another data point.
But England has surged to the head of the pack when it comes to turning its backs on freedoms. Here are some recent examples from the past month.
- The Daily Telegraph reported on July 1, 2024, that" At least one murder, sex assault or crime of violence is committed every two days by convicted criminals under the supervision of the probation service after being released from jail, research has revealed."
In response to citizen protests regarding the rising crime of Muslim migrants, new Prime Minister Keir Starmer has ordered a mass lockup of British Citizens never before seen. Here are a few data points regarding freedom in the free world.
- Over 1,000 people were arrested, the youngest just 11 years old. More than 500 have been charged and are awaiting sentencing. The prisons have no more space. The protesters called "far right thugs," are getting room courtesy of Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood, who announced he will be freeing 5,500 violent criminals early to make room for the wrong thinkers.
It's chilling. It sounds very much like our sham trials for the J6 prisoners I discussed last month. Check out one such example. A Rotherham grandpa, 61-year-old Peter Lynch, was arrested for yelling at the police. He said, "You are protecting people who are killing our kids and raping them, and they're scum."
When he went before Judge Richardson, he was told, "You did not yourself attack any police officer, as far as can be detected, but what you did was encourage by your conduct others to behave violently and you were part of this mob. What a disgraceful example you are as a grandfather". The Judge sentenced him to two years and eight months in prison.
While these events are happening here, most don't know, don't want to know, or don't think they care. England, Australia, and Canada were our allies in the fight for freedom. The situation we face heading into the election is dire. Freedom is not free; few today will pay the price it takes to preserve it.
As we approach next month and the election in November, know that nothing is normal. We have a President who had his first cabinet meeting in nearly a year, opened the meeting, and turned it over to his wife, who conducted business. And you know what? It was a non-event. No member of Congress even questioned it. No one noticed.
What's about to happen? I don't know what the next three months will bring, but we've never seen anything like it in America—situational awareness. In the days ahead, be aware of your surroundings; nothing is as it seems.

The Pharisees were “law-keepers.” This sect of Judaism adhered to the Torah, the Law of Moses. These self-appointed watchers/enforcers wanted to keep everyone else in line, including Jesus. Early in His ministry, Jesus healed a man in the synagogue on the Sabbath. He pointed out the hypocrisy of those who kept the letter of the Law and failed to do good—even on the Sabbath.
The Pharisees began at that moment colluding with the Herodians to kill Jesus-- At this, the Pharisees went out and began plotting with the Herodians how they might kill Jesus (Mark 3:6). The Herodians were a political group supporting Herod and favorably inclined towards the Roman Empire. Religiously and politically, the two groups were opposites. However, they both agreed that Jesus' teachings and actions were a threat. One that had to be eliminated.
Jesus called the Pharisees hypocrites early in His ministry. And He continued to do that. On Tuesday before He was crucified on Friday of Passion Week-- Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside, they are full of greed and self-indulgence (Matthew 23:25). From a strictly human dimension, the threat Jesus posed to the establishment—religious and political, led Him to the Cross. (Sound familiar?)
From the Theater
The word Jesus used for hypocrite is from the Greek theater. Our word is a direct transliteration from the compound word, hypocrites, designating actors, or stage players. It was a compound of two Greek words: 'hypo' meaning 'under,' and 'krinein' meaning 'to decide'. Therefore, in the original context, the term 'hypocrite' referred to an actor who assumed a different role, often concealing their identity behind a mask.
Hypocrisy has been a pervasive theme throughout human history, from its roots in ancient Greece to its prevalence in contemporary politics. This analogy has been used throughout history to condemn those who say one thing but do another, just as an actor would portray a character that is not their own.
Like ancient Greek actors, politicians often don a metaphorical mask, changing their positions for electoral gains or popular appeal.
A notorious example of this is Mitt Romney, who, as governor of Massachusetts, supported abortion rights, only to adopt a pro-life stance when he ran for president in 2012. Similarly, Hillary Clinton, in her 2008 presidential campaign, opposed same-sex marriage, only to change her stance in 2013 as public opinion shifted.
Such instances of political hypocrisy are not isolated incidents but rather systemic. Politicians often adjust their positions to align with public sentiment, often at the cost of authenticity and consistency. Like the hypocrites in Jesus' ministry, they wear a mask that conceals their true beliefs and intentions for political gain.
Behind Kamala’s Mask
In a recent CNN interview, Kamala Harris told Dana Bash, “My values have not changed.” What are her stated values? What are her policies?
- Price fixing/controls that result in fewer goods for higher prices.
- Calls for national abortion protections.
- Open borders then; Border wall—now.
- Gun control then touts her gun ownership now.
- Nationalized health care—including transgender surgery for illegals and prisoners.
- Defunding police and law enforcement.
- ICE defamation—"KKK without the hoods.”
- No fault bail.
- Soliciting bail for Antifa and Black Lives Matter rioters during the riots in Minneapolis and across the country.
- Rules for thee but not for me--marijuana--she locked others away and bragged about smoking weed.
- Supports sanctuary cities
- Champions climate crisis.
- Fracking: I will ban it; now I'm for it.
- Bidenomics—she was touting its success weeks ago; now, she wants to be known as the inflation fighter.
- Lied about Biden's health—he was vigorous and sharp as a tack…until he wasn’t needed.
- Taxes for the middle class with 87,000 new IRS agents; now, tax the rich and corporations, making them pay their fair share.
- Giveaways for everyone else except taxpayers include paying off student loans, $25,000 for new homeowners, $6,000 for child tax credit, and free food, medical, living supplements, rent, and housing for illegal aliens.
- Never-ending wars--she's into sending our dollars and our children to fight and die on foreign fields...yet will not drive 10 minutes from her house to honor the thirteen who died in the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal.
- Race relations: Supports race-based reparations. A boondoggle that will continue the process of financial destruction and the splintering of America.
- Suppression of the First Amendment right to free speech stems from the rights to peaceful assembly and freedom of worship.
… and these are just a few of her policies and values. Her record in California, especially in San Francisco, showcases her values. She's held these positions for over 20 years. Too dangerous for America.
Her hypocrisy is breathtaking. She assumes any position (and accent) whenever she thinks it will advance her. A better moniker for her is “Chameleon” Harris. Because she can change her colors faster than the colorful reptile. Like Obama, she is running a campaign on slogans. Hers is “Joy,” in which people can pour meaning. Nebulous, vague, without specific positions and policy statements.
Do not be fooled. She is a hypocritical threat. She hides behind the mask. We must tear the mask off to reveal the true radical that is Kamala Harris. We must turn out the vote to keep “Chameleon” Harris and her "values" out of the Oval Office.
Recently, Oprah Winfrey held a support interview (or was it an intervention) featuring Kamala Harris at a “Unite for America Rally.” Behind the two were displayed her supporters—Hollywood actors—or, to use the ancient Greek word, hypocrites. How fitting!

The Most Important Issue in this Election
I know that all of us are bowing under the weight of inflation, and yes, the economy is a big issue. Another four years of Bidenomics (now renamed Harris’ Opportunity Economy) would be very painful, to say the least. And I also know that the threat of WWIII is like a sword of Damocles over our heads. However, I believe that the most urgent existential threat to the USA is the wide open border.
Unbridled illegal immigration, fomented by bad actors both within and outside the United States, threatens our very existence because it will erase our culture. Every country has a unique culture, and the US is no exception. The common culture is the thread that holds the population together. Without shared values, respect for law and order, and commitment to our country and its people, we are little more than a herd of humans fighting to exist.
At the end of the last week of September, ICE released data regarding the number of known criminals who are now roaming the streets of the US. It is horrific! More than 425,000 convicted foreign nationals are living illegally in the US while awaiting deportation. What?
As reported by CBS News Austin on September 27th, ICE told Rep. Tony Gonzales, R-Texas, in a letter that the high figures stem from local prosecutors refusing to comply with its detainer requests, which ask police to hold migrants in custody to give ICE time to receive them. Many sanctuary cities purposely ignore these requests to avoid appearing prejudiced toward migrants.
“ICE recognizes that some jurisdictions are concerned that cooperating with federal immigration officials will erode trust with immigrant communities and make it harder for local law enforcement to serve those populations,” the agency wrote. “However, ‘sanctuary’ policies can end up shielding dangerous criminals, who often victimize those same communities.”
Our safety across the entire country is severely compromised. And are we supposed to believe that the efforts to deport these criminal invaders are happening with any urgency? Yeah, right …
If the US doesn’t get control not only of its borders but of the millions of illegals who are already here, whether criminals or not yet criminals or just Mom and Dad and two kids, our culture will be erased. This is the existential threat that we must extinguish NOW. Kamala Harris has demonstrated her attitude toward the open border: keep it open and provide amnesty for all. That is the death knell for America, Patriots, and that is the issue upon which you must make your vote.

Montana Ballot Initiatives ...
C-126 Explained
| |
HCI-126 (Top 4 Primary)
Summary:
- One ballot with all candidates listed.
- Political party affiliation is optional.
- The top four vote-getters in the primary election advance to the general election.
- Applies to governor and lieutenant governor, secretary of state, auditor, attorney general, superintendent of public instruction, state representative, state senator, US Representative, and US Senator
- The legislature can require prospective candidates to gather signatures up to 5% of the votes received by the winning candidate in the last election in order to appear on the ballot.
- Commonly referred to as a Jungle Primary, Open Primary, or Blanket Primary.
Why It’s Bad:
Hundreds of Potential Candidates on the Ballot
- Long, complicated ballot; added cost to elections.
- Impossible to properly vet all candidates to pick out the right one.
The “Up To 5%” Signature Requirement (optional by Legislature)
- This eliminates most candidates because the only ones who can afford paid signature gatherers are those with deep pockets or those backed by people, corporations, or political action committees (PACs) with deep pockets.
- Will trick people into voting for “Independent” or “Republican” candidates who are ideologically Democrat/Socialist/Marxist or ideologically unknown.
Proponents of CI-126 claim that having the Top Four vote-getters advance to the general election ensures that voters will have a good choice of candidates.
- What if the Top Four in the general election are all from the same political party?
- What if the Top Four in the general election conspire with each other between the primary and general election, and 3 of the 4 candidates withdraw from the contest, leaving only one candidate on the general election ballot?
- What if the Top Four in the general election split the vote, and the winner is chosen by a whopping 26% of the electorate?
The Libertarian Party opposes this initiative.
- It WILL keep their candidates off the ballot if they have to continually meet a signature requirement every election.
The Republican Party opposes this initiative.
- It MAY keep their candidates off the ballot if they have to continually meet a signature requirement every election.
- It WILL allow ideological Democrats/Socialists/Marxists and candidates who do not uphold Conservative values to have an ‘R’ beside their name.
The Democrat party has not stated they are for or against this initiative. (What does this tell you?) For all their perceived faults, political parties do (or should) serve a useful purpose: to vet candidates and recommend the best one who upholds the party members’ values as stated in their platform.

CI-127 (Majority Vote Wins)
Summary:
- The majority vote wins elections rather than the current plurality.
- Applies to governor and lieutenant governor, secretary of state, auditor, attorney general, superintendent of public instruction, state representative, state senator, US Representative, US Senator, and other offices as provided by law.
- Commonly referred to as “Majority Wins.”
Why It’s Bad:
- Run-off elections well into December are guaranteed.
- Additional costs for the county.
- US Senator/US Representative Issues
- Delayed orientation.
- Delayed committee assignments or poor committee assignments.
- Montana Senator/Representative Issues
- Delayed legislative orientation.
- Delayed committee assignments or poor committee assignments.
- Unable to participate in party leadership elections in November.
- Session housing may not be available or affordable in December.
Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) Schemes could be implemented in the future.
- HB 598 (2023), which banned RCV schemes, could be repealed or deemed unconstitutional, paving the way for RCV in Montana.
- It makes voting more complicated and more complex.
- It makes elections more expensive.
- Slower election results and re-counts.
- Turns elections into a game of odds.
- Undermines voter confidence.
- Heavily funded by leftist dark money groups.
“… and other offices as provided by law.”
- CI-127 affects the above constitutional offices and any other office created by the legislature.
- Public Service Commissioners, County Commissioners, Clerks and Recorders, Sheriffs, City Councilors, School Board Trustees, and even Special District Trustees may be subject to a run-off election or an RCV scheme. These seven words can dramatically and fundamentally change how we elect many people to office in Montana, not just our constitutional offices.

C-128 Explained

C-128: Abortion
Summary:
CI-128, a citizen’s initiative that will be on our ballots in a few days, is a threat to LIFE that many of your friends may not know about. I urge you to consider the information below and share it diligently. Ballots will be mailed out on Friday, October 11th.
Why It’s Bad:
- CI-128 would enshrine abortion in the Montana constitution and allow it up to and including the moment of birth.
- It could also push the envelope on the killing of babies after birth.
- Parents would have no say about their daughters having an abortion.
- Anyone said to be a healthcare professional could approve the abortion.
Let me be very clear: I believe if voters approve CI-128 – and the best surveys indicate that it could - there is no legislation that the legislature could pass on abortion that would stand. That ought to sober us! Legislation on tansgenderism, etc., even issues with some human trafficking may be prohibited or, at best, complicated.

Well Worth Reading ...
How deeply have leftist billionaires infiltrated America’s churches?
In Shepherds for Sale, Megan Basham of the Daily Wire documents how progressive powerbrokers —from George Soros to the founder of eBay to former members of the Obama administration— set out to change the American church. Their goal is to co-opt evangelicals for political purposes. She exposes left-wing billionaires, foundations, and think tanks that deliberately target Christian media, universities, megachurches, nonprofits, and even entire denominations.
I highly recommend this book to better understand the attack on all of us. Editor

A Biden Cabinet Meeting
... Like No Other

Hang in there, Patriots! We are almost finished with this “election year” and its relentless assault by billboards, commercials, and mailers, all representing untold billions of dollars spent across this country to entice you to cast your vote for candidates and ballot issues.
Those tactics have never persuaded me, and I find it hard to believe many people are. I laughed yesterday when I was at the Post Office getting my mail. When I sorted the ridiculous amount of stuff in my box and went to throw away all of the expensive, glossy political mailers, the trash bin was already stuffed full of them! Clearly, I’m not the only person who wants to make up her mind based on criteria that matter to me and not the issues or concerns, whether about people or ballot initiatives, that the political elite has decided I should care about.
According to an article in Bloomberg News, the Senate race between Tester and Sheehy in Montana is the most expensive race per vote in Senate history, with advertising spending expected to exceed $250 million! Since Montana only has a population of 1.1 million, most of that money comes from out-of-state interests. The race has national implications as the Republicans try hard to achieve a majority in the Senate. The political elite considered Tester " vulnerable, " so the Republicans launched an all-out effort to replace him with Sheehy.
I see a striking similarity in the manner in which Kamala Harris has shoved down the throats of the Democrats as the nominee (total disregard for the votes cast in the primary for Biden and twisting arms to assure that all votes at the convention would be cast for Harris) and the way Sheehy was determined by the Republican elite (Daines, McConnell, et al.) to be the anointed candidate for the Montana Senate seat, somehow managing to bully Matt Rosendale out of running in the primary because they didn’t have confidence that he could beat Tester. I hope that someday we will find out the truth about why Rosendale dropped out, and I expect it to be tactics that were much more harsh than mere bullying. Both of these situations are examples of the political elite’s total disdain for Jane and Joe Voter!
So here I am, proudly disregarding the bombardment of advertising, making up my mind. Because of the manipulations of the Republican Party on a national, statewide, and local level, I am forced to make a “lesser of two evils” choice. Do I want yet another six years of Tester voting in lockstep with his Democrat bosses because he hasn’t got the spine to buck the system? Or should I take a chance on Sheehy, knowing full well that he will vote in lockstep with his Republican bosses because they own him? Given that I am strongly opposed to just about everything that comes out of the Democrat's pea brains and only some of the stuff that comes out of the Republican's pea brains, I guess the choice has been made for me.
I don’t think that our government, especially regarding the election process, is operating in any way close to what our founders imagined. If you think that “of the people, by the people, and for the people” is a concept embraced by the people who control everything (elected, appointed, or employed), then I would love for you to convince me! Please email me or snail mail me (PO Box 264, Dayton, MT 59914) to start a healthy discussion!
However this election turns out, at all levels, I pray that on November 6th, the title of this article does not become a fact.
