I am sorry that this edition of Last Chance Patriot will likely be the saddest and most negative to date. I find it very difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel we are going through these days. However, we MUST slog on to Election Day in November and pray that the American people can overcome all the barriers to a free and fair election and put honorable, freedom-loving, conservative candidates in every elected position from dog-catcher to President!
Throughout the rest of the year, Ed and I will work hard to present you with lots of information about candidates you will find on your ballots. We will shine a light into the darkest corners of the political landscape and report on the actions of candidates because we believe that what they actually DO is far more important than the words with which they will try to persuade you to vote for them.
That will be a relatively straightforward task for incumbent candidates and those who have been otherwise in the public eye. It will be harder for candidates like Tim Sheehy, who has been plucked from obscurity by Mitch McConnell and Steve Daines, to run against Jon Tester, who has yet to have much public exposure. Yes, Tester needs to go, but what made them select Sheehy? It’s not the man himself who gives me pause; I am skeptical of the intentions of those who selected him. Could it be they are confident of their ability to control him?
A little bit of good news this past week: Matt Rosendale will run to keep his seat in the House, and Mitch McConnell is retiring from his Senate leadership role.

When the elites feel their power slipping, which I believe they do, that’s when they adopt a “burn it all down” mentality. Gaslighting in the media, finger pointing and scapegoating all play into the strategy and we’ve seen plenty of that over the last few years.
But it’s not just America. It’s Western civilization as a whole that is withering. And when civilizations implode, everyone suffers. The good, the bad, and the indifferent.

Can you believe a headline referring to America as lawless? As late as 2019, we'd never believe such a thing. But here we are, and it's all by design. The New York trial of former President Donald Trump drives the final nail in any hope of judicial integrity. He was convicted of fraud in a trial with no plaintiff. He has been ordered to pay $454 million and do it before he can appeal the bogus verdict—one of the many political Biden Show trials.
Since the great plandemic of 2020, life in America has been screeching toward third-world hell. Air travel, once a no-brainer, is now a thrill a minute. A passenger was stabbed on an Alaska Air flight, United Airlines had a wing come apart in flight, Delta Airlines had a nose wheel fall off a jet while taxiing for takeoff, and United had a door blow off in flight. On a recent Ryan Air flight from Europe to the United States a brawl broke out.
Our civil behavior is deteriorating every day. In Dearborn, Michigan, a high school basketball game ended in a brawl. In Alabama, a former Auburn football star, now a teacher, punched a 9-year-old autistic child in the face. In Las Vegas, a brawl broke out in a casino. Back in Alabama, a 27-year-old mother forced her 7-year-old to walk home from school and then ran over him with her car.
At a Taco Bell, women fight over a simple parking spot. The MS Society fired a 90-year-old volunteer because he couldn't understand their pronouns. A 50-year-old man, who identifies as a 13-year-old girl, was permitted to compete on a middle school swim team. Or the father who spiked the smoothies of his daughter and other girls having a sleepover at his house. Our society is in a freefall that is destroying Western culture.
I often hear people say, "Those people are just crazy." They aren't crazy. What is happening is by design. It is all a modern adaptation of Karl Marx and Antonio Gramsci. It is backed by globalist bankers and billionaires of business and it is being led by their puppet, Barry Soetoro. They want America to implode, which it is fast doing.
I've written a few times about optimists, pessimists and realists. It is time to be a realist and prepare yourself and your family and those in your circle of influence for what is to come. A couple of weeks ago I heard a top scientist who opposed the vax say, 'Americans need to give themselves permission to consider the people perpetrating these crimes against are actually as evil as they appear.' His point was that here in our bubble we can't imagine people would intentionally do what they're doing. But they are.
My opinion is that as we get closer to the planned election this fall we are going to see more violence in our cities and that includes Montana. We're going to see grocery prices continue to rise and shortages will soon show up again. In spite of all our wishes Donald Trump is not going to become President. And the fear mongering, crisis of the day and law fare is going to pick up.
What does that mean for us? We need to know where our cash is and it should be in local or regional banks. You should have a few weeks of food on hand. You should also source what you can locally, combine with others on bulk purchases. In a time of 'safe spaces' you need to give those close to you a heads up to toughen up. And you need to be situationally aware. Pay attention to what and who is around you.
Our courts, our Congress both in DC and Helena are not what they once were. There are few true Republicans in either place. We must face that Gianforte, Daines, Sheehy and for the most part Zinke are members of the UniParty and aren't going to save us.
The road ahead is bumpy but we do know this. God lives and Jesus Christ is His Son and we need not fear but do what we can and persevere.

First comes the decline, followed by the fall…
The United States is in a steep decline. You know it, I know it, and anyone with half a brain knows it! Will this decline culminate in a fall? Will the United States collapse under the weight of its tremendous debt and the weight of countless illegal invaders, many of whom may be here to hasten the collapse? Or will the collapse result from the lawlessness that has taken root throughout the country, perpetrated by American citizens taking advantage of the lax law enforcement and failures to prosecute in many of our cities?
Will the collapse be blamed on politics? Our political system has failed us badly. The constant blame game and finger-pointing have reached new heights under the farcical Biden administration. On February 29th, when the bumbler-in-chief visited the southern border (finally!), he blamed Republicans and then ranted about climate change. Come on, man!
For the past few years, the American public has been buried in stories that describe the decline of our previously well-functioning society. You can see videos of unbelievable acts of thievery and violence that would have been unimaginable a short time ago. What has happened to us? For a society to thrive, there must be laws, and those laws must be enforced. Without a communal commitment to law and order and the benefits thereof, a society will become chaotic and dangerous.
It isn't a matter of honesty versus dishonesty, Christian values versus no values, or honor versus dishonor: civilization versus mayhem. During these past years, have we become so desensitized to violence and lawlessness that now we turn a blind eye to the actions of the barbarians who have stormed our borders? In the past week, there have been at least two senseless murders, multiple rapes and assaults (including against CHILDREN), and countless robberies, all committed by illegal invaders.
I am opposed to the current trend to "decriminalize" things. This effort to "balance the scales of justice" by simply ignoring or accepting criminal behavior is an insult to the vast majority of people who live in the US. Whether it's drug usage or shoplifting, allowing it to occur without repercussion doesn't help anyone! The justification for this horrific trend is a bunch of woke nonsense! I am also strongly opposed to making law enforcement the "bad guys"; no, they are all that stands between us and total chaos. At least until more people defend themselves and are NOT prosecuted for it.
The situation I see today is headed in only one direction, which isn't good. I don't see anyone standing up and saying, "Enough!". Have we been beaten into submission already, or can we turn this around? I am fearful that we are on a runaway train. Every time we accept one more step into wokeness, we take a step closer to our demise.
Think about it: why do people who know that God created man and woman comply with demands to not just accept that some people don't believe that but to participate in the delusion by using "chosen pronouns" or face some punishment (losing their job or being "cancelled").
That slide into decay started just a few years ago and is now forcing young women to compete with men in women's sports and promoting the usage of breast milk from men who have been drowned in hormones for innocent babies . Click on bold text to read the article describing this atrocity!

Squatters are ruining entire neighborhoods in Atlanta and police response to evict is so slow, some homeowners have resorted to paying nuisances to leave.
Brazen squatters even opened an illegal strip club on a property they had taken over — one of the 1,200 homes which has been squatted in the city, according to the National Rental Home Council (NRHC) trade group.
“I’d be terrified in Atlanta to lease out one of my properties,” Matt Urbanski, who manages a local home-cleaning company, told Bloomberg.
Urbanski’s company cleans out homes for corporate landlords, and in some cases has to remove squatters’ possessions.
Recently one of his employees was shot after attempting to remove intruders from a property.

Given the low snowpack this winter, Flathead Lake's condition will likely be worse this summer than in 2023. Brian Lipscomb, the CEO of Energy Keepers, Inc., the operator of Kerr Dam, has been loudly trumpeting his chant throughout the fall and winter about how climate change was the sole cause of the unprecedented low level of the lake
in 2023 and will be the sole cause of the conditions in 2024. The fact that we have had intermittent drought conditions throughout the past several decades before the CSKT purchase of Kerr Dam and Flathead Lake was managed appropriately to maintain a complete or near-full pool, regardless of the low snowpack, is not something that Lipscomb acknowledges. He says that we need to get used to it. Furthermore, he clarifies that Energy Keepers is not interested in adopting a drought management plan and has no intention of doing so.
National Organization to Save Flathead Lake and SaveFlatheadLake.com sent petitions to FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) to get the agency to exercise its authority to compel Energy Keepers to keep the lake at the complete pool during the peak summer season. Sadly, FERC did not find it necessary to admonish EKI for processing too much water through the dam amid drought conditions. Now, EKI is bragging that they have been "vindicated."
So, where do we go from here? First, we must pressure all elected officials to correct this problem. The citizens of Montana stand to lose one of our most precious and beautiful lakes. Mismanagement of Kerr Dam, whether deliberate or accidental, could destroy not only Flathead Lake but also the economy of NW Montana. Glacier Park and Flathead Lake attract thousands of tourists yearly, and the impact of tourists being unable to use the lake for boating and watersports would rise to perhaps millions of dollars yearly. Furthermore, the value of "lakefront property" plummets when the lakefront is no longer there. Docks and boatlifts become useless, and watercraft stand idle, parked, or stored away from the water.
This problem is solvable. A drought management plan needs to be implemented immediately, and EKI must be forced to comply. A well-thought-out plan would benefit all parties: EKI would continue to make millions in profit by selling power generated by the dam, and Montana citizens and countless tourists would continue to enjoy Flathead Lake long into the future.
