FACES OF SPS
“Part-time work with benefits is great, but so are the hugs."
Linda Blair
Bus Attendant
Transportation
"I've been a bus attendant for 13 years. This is the start of year 14. But throughout my career, I've always loved working with children. I'm a mom and a grandmother, and building relationships with students, their families, it's just the best. I'm a bridge between school and home for my students with special needs, helping to ensure they're safe and successful on and off the bus. I love my kids like I love my own. I'm a caretaker throughout my life, and my schedule lets me be there for my grandkids and my kids on the bus. Part-time work with benefits is great too, but so are the hugs."
