“Even if they're not going to college for that engineering degree, the College & Career Academy helps my students gain confidence to know what's best for their future."

Engineering pathway teacher and head cheerleading coach
Glendale High School
“I teach engineering pathway classes, Introduction to Engineering Design and Engineering Design and Development, which is a senior Capstone course. They’re a part of the STEM College and Career Academy, which helps students make connections to their community and careers while in high school. Those connections build upon the hard and soft skills they learn in my class. From the technical side of using specific engineering hardware and software to learning how to present to professionals, my engineering students gain so much knowledge. Even if they’re not going to college for that engineering degree, the College & Career Academy helps my students gain confidence to know what’s best for their future.”
