Try this: Write a story in 6 words

The Six-Word Memoir project encourages writers to make every word count:

"Legend has it that Ernest Hemingway was once challenged to write a story in only six words. His response? 'For sale: baby shoes, never worn.' In November 2006, Larry Smith, founder of SMITH Magazine, gave the six-word novel a personal twist by asking his community to describe their lives in exactly six words."

We can all feel 'imposter syndrome.' Managers, here's one way around it.

"Never assume that good people know that they’re good. Don’t withhold praise, encouragement, or appreciation because you assume it’s awkward to give it to an accomplished person. Trust me, whether or not they’re among the many folks who feel like imposters from time to time, you’ll rarely go wrong sharing sincere, specific, positive feedback. We all need it."
