FACES OF SPS
"I cannot imagine a greater honor than being able to support teachers who work diligently to inspire and change the lives of children for the better."
Dr. Lori Elliott
Principal
Disney Elementary School
“Research shows that principals have the second largest impact on student achievement, only behind teachers. I cannot imagine a greater honor than being able to support teachers who work diligently to inspire and change the lives of children for the better. After spending years in the classroom, I have been inspired by several leaders/principals who have impacted me as a teacher. I have since pursued the opportunity to be that inspiration or that support for teachers. I am a helper by nature and to be able to support a building and community of people that want to come together dedicated to make a difference in the world, inspiring and growing children; I cannot imagine a better job.”
