Announcing the July 2020 New BIA Member Recruitment Challenge!

Do business with someone who's not a Member of the BIA but should be? Let's bring them in!

During the month of July, the BIA Membership Committee is challenging all BIA Members to recruit one new member.

To sweeten the deal:

The first three BIA Members who recruit a new Member with a paid new member application in the month of July 2020 will receive: (1) $100 Amazon gift card and an Instagram BIA Trade Talk Live! interview (see BIA Instagram page for examples...follow if you already haven't)

After the first three BIA Members recruit a new member, each member who recruits another member in July 2020 will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.

Remodelers Council
The past several months have seen some excellent "virtual" Remodelers Council meetings with special guests, such as, Congressman Andy Barr and NAHB Chief Economist, Robert Dietz. Now, as restrictions have been lifted, the July 15th Remodelers Council meeting will be in-person at the all-new Pieratt's location in the Crossroads Plaza at 125 East Reynolds Road, Ste. 50, Lexington, KY 40517.

COVID has caused quite the disruption in the supply chain of certain goods. Remodelers, builders and supply stores have all felt frustrations recently. The July 15th Remodelers Council meeting will feature a great discussion on the appliance industry, in particular, giving attendees up-to-date news on the industry and expectations to pass along to clients.

Building Institute - Your Trade School
Fall Semester Starts Sept. 8th!
The Building Institute, the BIA's trade school located at 109 W Loudon Ave., is excited to welcome students back for the Fall 2020 Semester. We will have students in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry who will be looking for jobs...and as a Member, you get first choice of hiring! Also, if you have employees who need a faster track to licensing, the Building Institute might be able to help!
