May is Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month — a time to recognize how important mental well-being is for everyone in our community. Mental health affects how we think, feel, and connect with others, and it plays a major role in overall health and stability. This month is an opportunity to reduce stigma, share resources, and support one another with compassion. At CCEH, we see every day how access to mental health care, stable housing, and community support are deeply connected.

Housing IS mental healthcare.

Take the Concord and Lakes Region Health Needs Assessment Survey

We’re proud to support our community partners in gathering important feedback about local health needs. Organizations across the Concord and Lakes Region are working together to better understand the challenges and priorities facing our community—and they want to hear directly from you.

By taking a few minutes to complete this brief survey, you can help shape future services, resources, and programs that promote health and well-being for everyone. Your voice plays a critical role in building a stronger, more responsive community.

As a thank you, participants will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a $25 gift card.

Take the survey today and help make a difference.

May Resource Center Sponsor

We are grateful to Bow Mills United Methodist Church for sponsoring the CCEH Resource Center this month.

Partnerships like this make a meaningful difference for our guests and our community, and we are deeply thankful for their generosity.

CCEH's Resource Center provides a safe, reliable, judgment-free space for individuals experiencing homelessness. The supplies used in the Resource Center help keep our guests, volunteers, and staff healthy and supported.
