We are excited to share with you our 2022 Annual Report, which details some of the progress we’ve made over the past year and highlights the immense amount of work that goes into housing someone who has experienced chronic homelessness.

Since 2017, CCEH has raised almost $50,000 from nearly 350 donors during NH Gives.

13 Individuals Housed in 2023

Thanks to the hard work of our staff, our progress in data collection, and our partnership with other area service providers, CCEH is thrilled to report that we have secured permanent housing for 13 individuals coming from long-term homelessness so far in 2023.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed in the U.S. since 1949. Many of CCEH's clients struggle with mental health, and CCEH is proud to work with several area partners who deliver resources and guidance to individuals struggling with their mental health and wellness.

WMUR 9 Homeless in NH

Advocates and mayors say the homelessness crisis is growing across New Hampshire, and more must be done to address the statewide problem. In a roundtable discussion with WMUR-TV News 9, our own Executive Director Karen Jantzen and other officials talked about the scope of the problem and what can be done.

Spotlight on Housing

During his "State of the State" address, Governor Sununu highlighted the state's housing crisis as the "number one barrier we have." Towns and cities need to continue to add housing options. He noted, "I will challenge any planning board or any council who says they don't want that housing in their town, then you don't want to be part of the solution that New Hampshire needs."
