CRI Culpeper Downtown Business Collaboration Grant

Culpeper Renaissance, Inc., a Main Street America™ Accredited organization dedicated to downtown revitalization, is participating in Giving Tuesday on December 2, 2025, with a focused mission: raising funds to support the newly launched CRI Downtown Business Collaboration Grant Program.

The CRI Downtown Business Collaboration Grant launching January 1, 2026, will provide $1,500 in funding to groups of three or more downtown businesses seeking to collaborate on family-friendly events and promotional activities. The program aims to increase foot traffic, drive sales, and enhance community awareness of the historic downtown district.

“This grant program represents the heart of what Culpeper Renaissance does—bringing businesses together to create something greater than themselves,” said Jessica Jenkins, Executive Director of Culpeper Renaissance, Inc. “When local businesses collaborate, our entire community thrives. We’re excited to launch this initiative during Giving Tuesday, a time when generosity and community support are at the forefront.”

The CRI Downtown Business Collaboration Grant encourages entrepreneurial thinking and strengthens the economic fabric of downtown Culpeper. By fostering partnerships among local business owners, the program creates opportunities for:

Joint promotional events that attract new customers

Family-friendly activities that increase downtown foot traffic

Cross-business collaborations that drive sales and growth

Enhanced community awareness of the historic downtown district

Community members, business owners, and supporters can contribute to the CRI Downtown Business Collaboration Grant through Culpeper Renaissance’s Giving Tuesday campaign. Early Giving began November 18, 2025, and continues through December 2, 2025.

Make Family Memories in Culpeper Downtown this Holiday Season!

Culpeper Renaissance Inc. (CRI) is thrilled to announce the Culpeper Downtown Holiday Sunday Funday for Kids, taking place on December 7th throughout Culpeper Downtown. This exciting event promises a day filled with family-friendly activities, shopping, and holiday cheer right in the heart of downtown Culpeper.

Families will have the opportunity to enjoy a range of activities, including:

1. Exclusive Menus: Our participating downtown restaurants have put together some delicious menus and specials for the whole family to enjoy.
2. Children’s Activities and Shopping Experiences: Downtown retailers are offering great shopping corners, specials, and treats.
3. Brennan's Balloons 2pm - 4pm at Lilly Rose & Co. (172 E. Davis St.)
4. SANTA & Mrs. Clause 2pm - 5pm at The Visitors Center (111 Commerce St..): Kids will have the chance to meet Santa Claus himself and share their holiday wishes (Parents are encouraged to bring their cameras to capture those precious moments).
5. End the day with the Culpeper Christmas Parade on Main St. beginning at 5pm.



Skip the mall and get nostalgic with your little ones, because “it’s all for the kids.” And there’s no better day to create memories than on Holiday Sunday Funday in Culpeper Downtown!

Culpeper Christmas Parade 2025

End your fun filled day at the Culpeper Downtown Holiday Sunday Funday with the highly anticipated Culpeper Christmas Parade on Sunday, December 7, 2025! The parade begins at 5PM along Main St, starting at Piedmont St and ending at Mason St. Watch as dazzling floats, twinkling lights, and festive cheer make their way through our charming downtown streets. From marching bands to Santa’s grand arrival, this is the can’t-miss event that kicks off the holidays in true small-town style. 

Bundle up, bring your holiday cheer, and make memories to last a lifetime!

SNAP Double Dollars Program

Receive an extra $35 in SNAP dollars (per market day) every time you shop at the Culpeper Downtown WINTER Farmers Market! We call it SNAP Match!

The SNAP Match incentive program is Culpeper Renaissance, Inc’s healthy food incentive program, which matches the customer’s SNAP benefits up to $35. The initiative is designed to help low-income communities gain access to healthy food and create an additional source of revenue for market vendors.

Visit Culpeper Downtown for the Season to see an exciting array of decorated storefronts and windows! A huge thank you to all of the downtown businesses that participated, making Culpeper an extra special place to be this time of year! 

Culpeper Renaissance, Inc. is excited to announce the winners of the 2025 Holiday Culpeper Downtown Window & Storefront Decorating Contest selected by our official judging panel Windmore Foundation for the Arts, and a People's Choice Award judged by the community!
