Pathways 4 Equity (P4E) applications are now open and we are excited to announce that our P4E is growing and we have room for up to 40 women for the fall 2022 semester!
The program's goals are two-fold: to facilitate growth-focused career opportunities for women who are leaders with diverse experiences; and to connect employers with top talent and support their goals to expand hiring policies and diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
The program will begin on September 22, 2022, with a 3-month workshop series, career planning, a career search, and mentoring support for up to 12 months.
If you are a woman who is able to commit 12 months to complete the program, has been impacted by the criminal legal system, have work or volunteer experience related to leadership and business, have a strong interest in leadership development, and is dedicated to career advancement, click the link below to learn more and apply!
