Honors Office Still Open

We will remain accessible to our Honors students online. Although Susie and Voltaire may not be on-campus, all services are still provided in a virtual format. We will host Open Office Hours via Zoom Monday thru Thursday from 12pm to 1pm. Please drop by and visit us. You can also e-mail us at honors@foothill.edu .

Bay Area Honors Research Symposium

Congratulations to those accepted to present at the Bay Area Honors Research Symposium this year. We are awaiting additional information and guidance from the Bay Honors Consortium to direct our honors students about their research and the event itself.

We will reach out to the individual presenters when details are released.

Spring 2020 Honors Courses

At the time of writing, the Spring term is still scheduled and honors courses are expected to be taught. Details about the Spring quarter will be published by the college in the weeks leading up to the quarter. Please continue to follow the Foothill Coronavirus website for up-to-date information about instruction and campus services

Counseling Verification

Foothill College Counseling is converting all counseling appointments to a virtual format. Honors students are encouraged to continue meeting with counselors, however we are temporarily suspending the submission of the verification form to allow students to transition to the virtual format. If you schedule an appointment through their website, a record will be made that will allow us to confirm your appointment, thus satisfying the honors scholar requirement.
