Foothill College Transfer Fair
The Transfer Center will be hosting a transfer fair this Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 11:00am-2:00pm. Come by and hear from college representatives from various UC and CSU campuses as well as private universities. Learn more about the fair by visiting the Transfer Center's webpage. You can register for the fair by selecting the button below. Registration closes on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, 4:00pm.
Honors Institute Orientation

Join us on Wednesday for our Honors Institute Orientation. Students new to the Honors Institute will find the orientation especially helpful, but all students are welcome and encouraged to attend. Come to find out more about the Honors Institute and meet students in the program. We will also review the requirements to become an Honors Scholar and the benefits that come along with this distinction

Latinx Heritage Month

Latinx Heritage month kicked off last Thursday and this month is packed with informational, inspiring events with incredible speakers, music, and Foothill Community.

This Wednesday, October 13 the Family Engagement Institute (FEI) hosts the Immigration Institute of the Bay Area and the Undocu-Wisdom Series: Get Your UndocuHustle on! Come and expand your knowledge and experience to generate income by starting your own business or working as an independent contractor, regardless of immigration status.An immigration attorney will also be providing immigration legal screenings after the meeting for those interested. Attend Undocumented Student Action Systemwide Webinars from 1-2 from October 19-22. On October 20, from 12-1, come and listen to Harvard alumnus, Dr. Stefany Cuevas, discuss her research about how Latinx parents support and encourage their children's educational journeys at the lecture, "Apoyo Sacrificial/Sacrifical Support: How Undocumented Latinx Parents Get Their Children To College."
