KNEWSLETTER - Vol. 57
Greetings!
Gobble gobble! It's the beginning of the Holiday Season! It really is such a wonderful time of year to take a moment and say "Thanks!" We hope you understand just how much we truly appreciate you. We really do feel like family here at KKMI, from our talented craftspeople, to the folks who keep the winches turning in the office, to all of you who share our enthusiasm for the floaty things. We are full of gratitude now, and throughout the year that we get to do what we do and to share that with you. So cheers to a safe, warm and Happy Holiday Season!

DAVE'S DEPARTURE
Dave Kendig will be casting off his lines from KKMI and headed on to his next life adventure. It was a pleasure working with you, Dave. Your no-nonsense manner and your part sourcery will be missed!

A fond farewell to you, Dave, and best of luck in all your future endeavors!
BIG SHOES TO FILL - IS IT YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW?
While we aren't looking for Dave's exact replacement - that would be impossible - we are looking for a parts-savvy person to come join us in the store. We're hoping to find the right person who is career-minded and goal-oriented. Like so many of our professionals, we’re looking for someone who can take initiative in solving the unique problems that arise in our business.

Ideal candidates have experience with sourcing marine products and have or are good at developing relationships with vendors for all the materials for boat projects and internal operations. They will work closely with Project Managers and our marine technicians to identify, source, and purchase special order marine parts which are key to our daily operations.

We hope it's you or someone you know. Please send interest and resume if available to HR@kkmi.com.
