Project Planning & Delivery & Condition Assessment Track

Track Leaders are Program Committee members that have the added responsibility of managing a track of the technical program. They work with the authors by peer-reviewing papers and presentations to ensure non-commercial, quality content.

The paper of the week was the most highly attended paper in the Project Planning & Delivery & Condition Assessment Track on Tuesday morning during the NASTT 2019 No-Dig Show:

Selection Process Challenges: Force Main Study Considers Variety of Trenchless Technologies and Corresponding Stakeholder Impacts

This paper details a case study where the conditions were unusually opportunistic to evaluate a variety of trenchless technologies available to rehabilitate a critical 48-in. 1970’s-era PCCP force main, or conversely, construct a parallel 42-in. HDD. The paper details the evaluation approach, findings, recommendations and selected alternative.

NASTT No-Dig Show News

NASTT's 2020 No-Dig Show Municipal & Public Utility Scholarship Applications are Open Through November

This scholarship is intended to provide education and training for employees of North American municipalities, government agencies and utility owners who have limited or no training funds due to economic challenges.

The selected scholarship winners will be awarded Full Conference and Exhibition registration to the NASTT 2020 No-Dig Show. Selected applicants will also be eligible to receive complimentary overnight accommodations at the host hotel. This scholarship program is co-sponsored by Benjamin Media, Inc.
