A visitation for our friend and colleague Tim Jackson will be held on Friday, April 25 from 4:00–6:00pm, with a celebration of Tim’s life on Saturday, April 26 at 1:00pm. Both will take place at Robinson Mortuary (1201 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Little Rock, AR 72202).

Tim was a bright light on our staff—dedicated, kind, and hard-working. We will deeply miss his presence and spirit among us. If you would like to honor Tim’s memory, the most meaningful way to do so is by supporting his family directly. Cards or love offerings can be sent to Tim's wife:

Our Easter Egg Hunt was eggstra special this year! With colorful eggs, sweet treats, and lots of smiling faces, it was a joyful reminder of the life and love we celebrate this season. Walking the Mourner’s Path is an in-person grief group for anyone who has suffered a significant loss and would like to process it in a group setting. This session is led Rev. Kathleen McMurray and Bev Villines, and is Christ-centered, scripturally and spiritually based. Through the 8-week program on Mondays, June 2-July 21, 6:00-8:00PM, mourners learn ways to honor their loved ones, seek spiritual direction, and discover God’s promise of comfort in community!

April's mission collection will be monetary donations for the Good Samaritan Fund. You can donate by writing a check to the church or going to phumc.com/give and selecting the Good Samaritan Fund. The Good Samaritan Fund helps fund walk-in emergency requests we receive at the church for many things from utility bills to bus passes, and more.

The Diaper Bank was blessed to have an abundance of Size 1 diapers, so we donated 5,000 to our friends at Methodist Family Health! These diapers will be a wonderful resource for the mothers and pregnant women in its Arkansas CARES program. We are lucky to have such a wonderful partner in ministry.

Pulaski Heights UMC is hosting Ozark Mission Project this summer! Join us during the Sunday School hour this Sunday, April 27th in room C236 to learn more about ways individuals, families, and Sunday School classes or other small groups can volunteer to serve the week of June 9th!
