CERF is a new initiative aiming to produce a regional roadmap for economic recovery with community input and support. The Orange County High Road Transition Collaborative (HRTC), a multi-sector group of area leaders helping to shape CERF in OC, wants to hear and learn from as many organizations as possible to better understand how we can build a better economy for the OC community.
