The Belton Area Chamber of Commerce announced that the Grand Marshal of the Belton 4th of July Parade this year will be Frank Minosky.
The theme for this year’s parade is “Celebrating 250 Years of the USA” with a special focus on honoring our military veterans, so it is fitting for a veteran servant leader in our community to serve as the Grand Marshal.
