Ribs & Rods is one of Temple's most popular events brought to you by Don Ringler Chevrolet and Toyota. Ribs & Rods joins the community's love for live music, classic and custom cars, and BBQ, all while supporting our local Ronald McDonald House. To date Ribs & Rods has donated over $75,000 to this fantastic charity and plans to continue this great tradition!

UMHB is hosting its annual TOUCHDOWNS event on Saturday, October 5th in conjunction with Down Syndrome Awareness Month.
ALL members of the Special Needs Community and their families (extended family and caregivers included) are invited to attend the football game free of charge (with some extra shout outs cause you're extra awesome!)
We will have athletes with Special Needs cheering, dancing, scoring touchdowns, etc! It's going to be a great day. Come cheer on the Cru, help us raise awareness about the Special Needs Community in Central Texas and show our boys a thing or two about a touchdown celebration!

Wear your Halloween costume and visit the museum for this special night of magic! For one night only, important people of Bell County history will come to life at the museum to meet you. There will also be fun activities, a trunk or treat, and a balloon twister! The event is completely FREE and sure to be a spooky, fun time! **Due to space, strollers are strongly not recommended**
In the event of rain, the event will be held indoors. This will include the activities, the balloon twister, and a trick or treat as you go through the museum.
