4th of July

The Belton Area Chamber of Commerce announced that the Grand Marshal of the Belton 4th of July Parade this year will be Frank Minosky.

The theme for this year’s parade is “Celebrating 250 Years of the USA” with a special focus on honoring our military veterans, so it is fitting for a veteran servant leader in our community to serve as the Grand Marshal.

Temple Civic Theatre presents: Rodgers & Hammerstein's ~ Oklahoma!

June 18 - June 28, 2026

Rodgers & Hammerstein’s first collaboration remains, in many ways, their most innovative, setting the standards and rules of modern musical theatre. In a Western territory just after the turn of the 20th century, a high-spirited rivalry between local farmers and cowboys provides a colorful background for Curly, a charming cowboy, and Laurey, a feisty farm girl, to play out their love story. Their romantic journey, as bumpy as a surrey ride down a country road, contrasts with the comic exploits of brazen Ado Annie and hapless Will Parker in a musical adventure embracing hope, determination and the promise of a new land.

Celebrate Dad with a Father’s Day Afternoon Tea… with a twist.

Treat him to a three-course tea experience with fresh baked scones, savory bites, sweet treats, and your choice of two tacos from Arusha Coffee Co. It’s a fun, relaxed way to spend time together.

 What to expect:

• Three-course Afternoon Tea service

• Your choice of two tacos from Arusha Coffee Co.

• Fresh baked scones with cream & jam

• Savory bites and sweets

• Premium loose leaf teas

• A cozy, welcoming atmosphere
