Whether you're managing stress, living with a mental health condition, or supporting a loved one, you're not alone. Let’s take time this May to check in—with ourselves and each other. | | | NHP Staff Highlight: Meet Our Chief Behavioral Health Officer | | | | | |
Cari has spent the past 11 years living in Colorado. Although she moved here from New York City, she grew up in Albuquerque, NM, so the Southwest is home. She has spent the majority of her career working in Community Mental Health Centers providing direct services to populations across the lifespan, ranging from residential, to outpatient, to crisis services. Outside of work, Cari loves spending time with her husband, 7-year-old son, and their dog doing anything active. And she'll never say no to a great cup of coffee.
Fun Fact: Cari can clap with one hand. She taught herself as a kid and it remains a crowd pleaser!
