We proudly serve the following counties: Cheyenne, Kit Carson, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld & Yuma.

The Housing Navigation Center's Cold Weather Shelter is open 7 days a week for ages 18 and up with both a day and overnight shelter.

Kari Snelson, CEO

Northeast Health Partners has been successfully led by Kari, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified in Healthcare Compliance, since its establishment in 2018. Kari's passion for serving vulnerable populations, especially in rural and frontier communities, makes her an exceptional CEO. Originally from Sioux Falls, SD, Kari has lived in Colorado for the past 26 years and has been happily married for 33 years with three daughters.


Fun Fact: Kari has been a vegetarian since she was 4 years old.
