Northeast Health Partners (NHP) is the Regional Accountable Entity (RAE) responsible for improving the health and wellness of our community members in the Northeast region of the state (Region 2). Our mission is to provide a comprehensive health plan that integrates physical and behavioral health care in a way that improves the the quality of life for members by ensuring they are connected to health care supports every step of the way. We proudly serve the following counties: Cheyenne, Kit Carson, Lincoln, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld & Yuma.

NHP Staff Highlight: Meet Our Chief Financial Officer

Tom Grimmer, CFO

Tom hales from Minnesota, but he has been in Colorado longer than he was ever there. Growing up in an agricultural community, joining NHP has felt a bit like a homecoming. Professionally, his career has covered the healthcare continuum from clinics to hospitals to hospice to emergency medicine to crisis care along with a couple of health plans along the way. He loves to teach and spent nearly 20 years as an adjunct Grad School professor and now teaches improv with Monkey Butler.

Fun Fact: Tom was a research intern in Parliament (London, England) and attended the theater with Prince Charles and Princess Diana (And had a better seat).
